No one will ever change this animal I have become

I just had to close the door in front of two little kids and I felt pretty awful. They were selling some cookies and candies but we already had those same freaking cookies! They had big heavy bags with them, full of candy and cookies. "Would you like to buy some cookies, Miss?" "Umm... I'll ask my mom" and then my mom said that we just bought cookies from a little girl and we're out of cash. And then I had to tell those guys that we're not going to buy anything and then close the door and I felt horrible. But I know they'll get over it, just like I did when I was selling calendars. 

But maybe next year.
